These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Henry's Tree Service ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

Henry's Tree Service provides professional tree care services, including but not limited to tree removal, tree pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and yard cleanup. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of feasibility and safety.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website, by phone, or in person are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the property and trees in question.

Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if:

The scope of work changes
Additional hazards or complications are discovered
Access to the work area is more restricted than initially understood
Weather or other environmental conditions affect the complexity of the job

We will communicate any significant changes to estimates before proceeding with work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, and the nature of the work required. We strive to meet all scheduled appointments but may need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other emergencies.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling our services, you agree to provide reasonable access to your property on the scheduled service date. This includes:

Clearing vehicles, equipment, or other obstacles from the work area
Securing pets away from the work area
Identifying and marking any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that might be damaged during service

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, irrigation systems, or other underground features.

Liability and Insurance

Henry's Tree Service maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to property during our services.

However, tree work involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

Some lawn or landscape damage may occur during the normal course of tree work
Tree removal and pruning may reveal previously hidden defects or damage
Changes to tree canopy may affect sun exposure, views, or other aesthetic elements

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize such impacts but cannot guarantee their complete prevention.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following warranties:

Workmanship warranty on tree pruning for 30 days
Stump grinding completion warranty for 90 days

These warranties do not cover acts of nature, new growth, or issues unrelated to our services.

Website Use

Our website is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the website.

You agree not to:

Use our website in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the site
Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access our website
Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful material
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website

Intellectual Property
